40 g de cacau em pó

80 g de água

5 g de fermento em pó

RECHEIO:

1 lata de leite condensado

10 colheres (sopa) de leite ninho

1 lata de creme de leite

CALDA:

100 ml de creme de leite (cerca de meia lata)

50 g de leite condensado

150 ml de água

1 colher (sopa) de cacau em pó

30 ml de licor de chocolate (opcional)

COBERTURA:

200 g de chocolate meio amargo

1 lata de creme de leite

kinder bueno, kinder ovo e kinder chocolate para decorar

MODO DE PREPARO

MASSA:

Na batedeira, bata os ovos com o açúcar até obter um creme claro.

Acrescente a água e bata mais um pouco.

Acrescente a farinha de trigo, o cacau em pó peneirado, o fermento e misture delicadamente a mão até ficar homogêneo.

Unte
(sem farinha) uma forma redonda de fundo removível e asse em forno aquecido a 180º C por cerca de 30 a 40 minutos.

RECHEIO:

Bata o leite condensado na batedeira até dobrar de tamanho.

Acrescente 4 colheres de leite ninho e desligue.

Acrescente mais 6 colheres de leite ninho com o creme de leite, mexa bem e leve a geladeira.

CALDA:

Bata todos os ingredientes (batedeira ou liquidificador) até ficarem homogêneos.

COBERTURA:

Derreta o chocolate meio amargo e misture no creme de leite.

Leve a geladeira.

MONTAGEM:

Após o bolo frio, corte-o ao meio.

Molhe o bolo todo (as duas partes) com a calda.

Recheie o bolo com todo o mousse de leite ninho e coloque a outra parte do bolo em cima.

Passe a cobertura e espalhe bem (inclusive dos lados).

Decore ao redor do bolo com kinder bueno e passe uma fita.

Decore em cima do bolo com mais kinder bueno, kinder ovo e kinder chocolate.

Se quiser, preencha os espaços vazios com granulado ou raspas de chocolate.

Leve a geladeira.
